We have been designing and producing our own fabrics in India since 1982. Our fabrics are carried by retail stores, specified in catalogs and used by major manufacturers of furniture and home textiles throughout the United States and Canada. Our designs are included in the collections of leading decorative fabric companies in their interior design showrooms.

A PARTNERSHIP IN CREATIVITY...
Travel inspires us. When we design a new fabric collection in our studio in Berkeley, California, we draw on our 30 years of travels all over the world and especially India. Kiran's images of Indian decorative art and architecture, and the old textiles we find in the nooks and crannies of India's bazaars and palaces are our jumping off point. We delight in creating fresh and modern designs by reinventing traditional motifs and infusing them with contemporary color.
OUR FABRICS ARE HANDCRAFTED...
All of Laura & Kiran prints and yard dyed stripes, checks and solids are made of natural fibers - cotton and linen. Each fabric design is either handprinted or hand dyed and woven by master craftsmen in India. We ensure that all the dyes used are free of harmful chemicals. Each dyelot is meticulously matched to our color and quality standards before it is sent to us. We've been delivering high quality fabrics consistently, to the industry, for over 30 years.
